| Special machines and R&D |
| One division in our production halls is very important to SSL and its purpose is to produce prototypes and models, partly using traditional techniques. Here we need skills in handicraft, creativity and the art of combination. |
In the R&D area we are developing new solutions and trend
setting apparatus, machines and systems, like a unique solar collector or the
application of auto-mated techniques. Another project SSL is developing is a
biofuel plant employing high-frequency techniques; further applications of high frequency
techniques like drying sludge are in our research pipeline as well.
